4 chicken breasts (Can be purchased frozen at the market)
4 Tbsp Crystal’s Cans Garlic Lovers Hot Sauce
2 Tbsp Honey (Can be purchased fresh at the market)
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
2 tsp fresh Ginger
2 Tbsp garlic (Can be purchased fresh at the market)
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 green onion (Can be purchased fresh at the market)
Butterfly chicken breasts. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Keep 1/4 of sauce aside to use for basting and/or extra to pour over your prepared chicken.
Place chicken and remaining 3/4 sauce in a ziplock bag or container and leave in fridge overnight to marinade. Cook chicken on grill, in pan or in your oven.
Slice chicken into strips and serve over a bowl of basmati or your favourite rice. Dice green onion and sprinkle over chicken and rice. Enjoy!
